Shipping policy

Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we have been working behind the scenes to try and provide the most affordable shipping options.

Local delivery.

Spend up to $99 for $10 local delivery. Spend over $99 and receive FREE local delivery.

Local delivery applies to Chilliwack, Sardis, Greendale and Yarrow. Simply type in your adress when checking out, if you are within the local delivery parameters, it will apply. If you happen to live beyond our delivery parameters and would still like to receive our delivery feature, please send us an email and we will do our best to accomodate a meeting location within the parameters. 

Heart and Lotus applies a shipping charge depending on region and order amount.

Canada shipping.

Orders under $125, $25 shipping

Orders over $125, $15 shipping

USA shipping.

Orders under $125, $35 shipping

Orders over $125, $30 shipping

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time order is received. Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. Shipping time is applied after the order has been processed.
