We’re proud to offer some of the most beautiful and well-made jewelry out there. We want you to LOVE your purchase but sometimes things don’t always work out as planned. We understand and are happy to offer our customers a first-rate return and exchange policy, on most unworn, undamaged, unwashed jewelry within 14 days from the delivery date.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original ship date. Orders postmarked after the outlined time will receive a store credit. Orders postmarked after 30 days will be returned at the customer’s expense. Once returns are received please allow up to 14 days for the return to be processed

Shipping Your Return
You are responsible for the cost and arrangement of shipping the item being returned to us.
All Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
We suggest you pack the item being returned in a box with padding, as we are not responsible for items damaged during transit.
We also suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Heart and Lotus cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
When your return is received and inspected by us, we’ll notify you by email and let you know if the item is eligible for a refund or store credit. Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
