Heart and Lotus is a wholesale company selling to validated retailers and trade accounts.

Minimum Order & Backorders

All orders must be at least. $250. This minimum applies per location.

Backorders will ship when cumulative order is over $100.



All prices are quoted in wholesale dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include sales taxes.


Payment Terms

Orders are taken subject to approval and acceptance by the Head Office of Heart and Lotus. Orders are subject to the availability of merchandise. Designs may be discontinued without notice.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Cheques.

For our US customers using American Express, please note your card will be charged in Canadian dollars.

Net 30 payment terms may be granted upon approval of credit application.

Overdue accounts are subject to 2% interest per month.


Order Cancellation

Thirty (30) days notice prior to the ship date is required to cancel and order.  Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking charge, in addition to applicable charges.


Claims and Returns

Heart and Lotus is a wholesaler of handcrafted jewelry. There may be minor variations in size, gemstone colour and finish because our products are handmade.  

Heart and Lotus must be notified within ten (10) days of receipt of the merchandise if there are concerns regarding damages during shipment or other matters.  

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • A 20% restocking fee may apply.

To submit a claim, please send an email to  info@heartandlotus.com with a detailed description of the claim, including the date that the order was received and the invoice number. This is the fastest and most efficient way to get your claim processed.
