Heart and Lotus jewelry is handcrafted from the finest .925 sterling silver and semi-precious stones available. Rest assured, we also guarantee against defective workmanship and materials for 60 days post purchase date.*

The fine print:

~*please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order if you are not happy with your purchase for a refund/exchange.

~ Item(s) being exchanged must be in "new" condition. This means jewelry should be free of scratches and damage of any kind.  All display boxes, affirmation cards etc. that originally come with the jewelry must accompany item(s) being exchanged.

~ The jewelry must be currently carried in our line.

~ Sellers are responsible for shipping.  Please wrap piece(s) very well before shipping.  We recommend sending the item(s) with a tracking number as we can only make an exchange after the jewelry has been received.  We cannot be held responsible for missing packages.

~ Any exchange must first be examined and approved by Heart and Lotus. Upon approval, a confirmation email will be sent and the seller’s account credited for the amount paid. Sellers have six months to use credit, or it may be applied directly, to their next order instead.
