Claims, Returns and Shipping
Heart and Lotus jewelry is handcrafted. There may be minor variations in size, gemstone colour and finish because our products are handmade.
Heart and Lotus must be notified within ten (10) days of receipt of the merchandise if there are concerns regarding damages during shipment or other matters.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- A 20% restocking fee may apply.
To submit a claim, please send an email to email@example.com with a detailed description of the claim, including the date that the order was received and the invoice number. This is the fastest and most efficient way to get your claim processed.

Heart and Lotus applies a shipping charge depending on region and order amount. Please contact your sales representative for details.
Shipping your Return
You are responsible for the cost and arrangement of shipping the item being returned to us.
We suggest you pack the item being returned in a box with padding, as we are not responsible for items damaged during transit.
We also suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Heart and Lotus cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
